Sustainability Manager role

Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assessments
2. Completing sustainability plans
3. Conducting site assessments and producing reports on findings
4. Initiating renewable energy assessments
5. Advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies
6. Organising and chairing meetings
7. Communicating plans to project teams and senior staff
