Job summary

OCU in Leeds invites graduates to join its Sustainability team on a two-year Graduate Programme, gaining real responsibility from day one. You will work to support responsible business practices, data-driven environmental initiatives, and engagement with operational teams.

The role targets individuals with a passion for sustainability, strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest in carbon management and ESG concepts. A driving licence could be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 2:2 classification in Sustainability/Environmental field.
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, carbon management or social value is advantageous.
• UK driving licence beneficial for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Support OCU's sustainability ambitions and ESG initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across operations and projects.
• Balance strategic initiatives with practical implementation and data analysis.
