Job summary

OCU Group in the Midlands is recruiting a Sustainability Graduate to join our two-year programme within the SHEQ & Growth department. You will support our sustainability ambitions across operating projects, helping to deliver environmental, social and economic outcomes while gaining hands-on experience in data collection, reporting and programme delivery.

You will work closely with SHEQ professionals, operators and stakeholders, developing project management skills and contributing to net-zero

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and extract insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work across teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability ambitions across OCU's operations and projects, helping deliver environmental, social and economic outcomes.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to environmental and sustainability reporting, carbon reduction, waste management and social value initiatives; monitor KPIs.
