Job summary

A construction company in Central London is seeking a Sustainability Graduate to assist the Sustainability Director. The role involves delivering sustainable advice, conducting BREEAM assessments, and performing embodied carbon modelling. Candidates should possess a degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or relevant experience and demonstrate strong communication skills. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Qualifications

  • Either a degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability/Architectural Technology or experience in a Physical Sustainability/Environmental role.
  • Familiarity with BREEAM and use of OneClick software is beneficial.
  • A pro-active, organised and passionate individual.

Sustainability Graduate Role

Location: Farringdon 5 days

Full Time, Fully office/ site based

Permanent basis

I am currently working with a medium sized contractor in the recruiting of a Sustainability Graduate, who will be based in their Central London office, and help the Sustainability Director oversee various London Sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with senior colleagues in order to deliver sustainable advice to clients through reports and modelling
  • Conducting BREEAM assessments
  • Creating planning statements
  • Embodied carbon modelling/reporting


What we're looking for:

  • Either a degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability/Architectural Technology or related field or up to years experience in a Physical Sustainability/ Environmental role
  • Familiarity with BREEAM and use of OneClick software is beneficial
  • A pro-active, organised and passionate individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
