Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sustainability specialist with experience in real estate to join a leading Independent award-winning, boutique Sustainability Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity offering the successful candidate a role that will significantly broaden your career.

My client is a leading Independent Consultancy working with a prestigious and diverse range of clients and projects across the UK.

Due to on going success, they are seeking an ESG specialist with experience in Carbon baselining and offsetting to join their established team.

You will be working on a varied portfolio of clients including landowners, developers, architects and local authorities, thus giving you a fantastic breadth of work that is often unavailable in other consultancy roles.

You will be providing some of the most innovative and cutting-edge solutions available in the market.

Location

Central London (2 days a week working from home available, part-time also considered)

Ideally You Will Have The Following

· Upwards of 2 years of relevant experience.
· Understanding of Real Estate sectors and how firms differ i.e. an IM from developer, tenants, consultancy, financial institution etc and the ability to apply this to baselining and strategy.
· Demonstratable Carbon Baselining and GHG Protocol understanding (must have).
· Target setting, specifically SBTi (must have).
· Offsetting strategy both organisation and asset level (must have).
· Developing ESG Strategy and policy development.
· ESG Compliance – an understanding of ESG laws – UK and EU.
· Understanding of Net Zero Strategy development (good to have).
