About our client

Coppice Alupack Ltd (incorporating Sirane) is a market leader in sustainable packaging solutions. They are committed to driving innovation in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility). This role is pivotal to their sustainability mission of minimising environmental impact while ensuring regulatory excellence.

The Role

As the Sustainability & EPR Specialist, you will shape and deliver Coppice Alupack Ltd.'s sustainability and EPR strategies. You will collaborate across teams and with external partners to maintain compliance with UK/EU regulations, manage data collection, and embed best practices throughout operations.

Key duties include developing and implementing EPR and ESG initiatives, setting and tracking Science-Based Targets, and leading towards EcoVadis Platinum certification. You will oversee sustainability data integration into ERP systems, manage regulatory reporting, and act as the key contact for stakeholders and customers on sustainability matters.

About You

You will have at least 5 years' experience in sustainability, ESG, or EPR—ideally within the packaging or manufacturing industry. A solid understanding of EPR legislation, sustainability frameworks, and data reporting is essential. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills are required, along with a genuine passion for driving sustainable change.
