Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Advisor to join our SHEQ team in the Anglian Water region, with hybrid working from Peterborough or Norwich. You will lead on Water Recycling projects and deliver a capital investment programme, ensuring environmental compliance and driving sustainability across sites.

You'll support construction teams, prepare site-specific documentation, and promote best practices under current legislation and @one Alliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in subject matter including: Contaminated Land, Statutory Nuisance, Waste Management, Soil Testing, Ecology, Archaeology, Incident investigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in document production using software such as Excel, Word, GIS & PowerPoint and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Water Recycling projects across the Anglian Water region.
• Deliver a capital investment programme.
• Ensure environmental legislation and @one Alliance standards are met; provide onsite support to construction teams.
• Identify and promote sustainability initiatives and support Environment and Sustainability Managers in achieving priorities.
