Job summary

Collectiv Food is seeking a Sustainability Engagement Associate to help drive environmental progress and measurable value across supplier, product and customer initiatives. You will work closely with Buying, Account Management, Tech and Operations to ensure data integrity and credible impact reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sustainability assessments from onboarding to engagement.
• Improve supplier engagement processes and data quality.
• Develop sustainability content and reports for customers.
• Collaborate with buying and operations to align with impact goals.
• Support carbon accounting, emissions updates and traceability data.
• Assist with internal engagement and cross-team data collection.
• Support prep for B Corp recertification and impact reporting.
