Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Corporate Responsibility Specialist I to drive sustainability reporting and carbon accounting initiatives across the organization. You will collect, analyse and communicate data with global stakeholders to track progress against sustainability goals.

You will establish systems for data collection, support engagement across business units, run workshops on event footprints, and help scale the RX sustainability playbook.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency with complex formulas.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
• Understanding of carbon reporting/accounting.
• Experience in sustainability/corporate responsibility field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own climate data for venues, travel, and show footprints.
• Build systems to collect, capture, analyse and report sustainability data.
• Collect and analyse scope 3 emissions data from shows globally.
• Develop RXPH team capacity in the Philippines for data entry and reporting.
• Deliver workshops to event teams on carbon footprints and sustainability strategy.
• Summarize sustainability initiatives across the business and centralize data.
• Promote RX sustainability playbook and engage show teams in reduction efforts.
• Represent RX in industry workstreams related to Net Zero Carbon Events.
