Sustainability Data Analyst

Location: This position is hybrid, and can be based in Manchester, Stoke-On-Trent, Peterborough or Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

Markerstudy Group is seeking an individual to join our growing sustainability team. In this role, you will report directly to the Group Head of Sustainable Business Strategy and work closely with the Chief Sustainability Officer and sustainability team to drive sustainability initiatives across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in data collection, analysis, and project management contributing to the group’s overall sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis: Implement robust data collection processes, develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports for:

• Group Carbon Footprint
• Sustainable Supply Chain Programme
• External reporting requirements

Skills/Experience Required:

1. Genuine interest in sustainability
2. General understanding of current reporting requirements and voluntary submissions
3. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
4. Strong evaluation skills
5. Strong communicator with the ability to build excellent relationships

Desired:

1. Project management experience
2. Exposure to procurement or supply chain departments
3. Technical background
