Job Description: Sustainability Associate

Assisting the sustainability department to ensure they meet KPIs and contractual obligations in Biodiversity, Carbon Reduction, Waste Reduction, Awareness, and Procurement. This role reports to the Head of Sustainability and requires strong sustainability knowledge and relevant work experience.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Working with clients to identify ways to improve the local environment within projects
  2. Reporting on client emissions and identifying reduction initiatives
  3. Raising awareness of carbon sources
  4. Writing reports on waste
  5. Creating content for key environmental dates
  6. Delivering presentations to small groups
Requirements
  1. A good understanding of sustainability and the environment, including the impact of the built environment
  2. Ability to network, build relationships, and influence key internal and external stakeholders
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  4. Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  6. Relevant work experience
