Job Description

Sustainability Co-ordinator

Location: Market Drayton

Type: Full-time Permanent

We are recruiting for a Sustainability Co-ordinator to join our team at Müller UK. This role involves managing data collection, validation, analysis, and generating insights to support our sustainability initiatives. You will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of our programs. This position is open to graduates.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support, including raising purchase orders, organizing events, and monitoring action logs.
  2. Support sustainability training events, manage records, logistics, and training materials.
  3. Collect, verify, and validate data for reporting (carbon, energy, water, waste).
  4. Input data into relevant platforms for reporting submissions.
  5. Verify data consistency across platforms and investigate anomalies.
  6. Analyze data, summarize key outputs, and identify performance trends.
  7. Produce insights and presentation materials to inform business activities.
  8. Coordinate ISO 14001 system audits across sites.
  9. Manage ISO 14001 EMS documentation, including updates and process mapping.
  10. Administer document management and control systems.
  11. Perform other related tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
  1. Willingness to travel throughout England and Scotland.
  2. Interest in data handling and analysis, with curiosity to investigate gaps.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  5. Organizational skills.
  6. Proficient communication skills.
  7. Experience with environmental/sustainability data and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI).
  8. Familiarity with industry platforms (e.g., SAP, Manufacture 2030, Sedex, EcoVadis).
  9. Understanding of process mapping and project management principles.
  10. IEMA Foundation Certificate or NEBOSH Certificate preferred.
  11. Experience in food, drinks, or manufacturing industries is desirable.
  12. ISO 14001 EMS training is a plus.
