We are seeking a passionate and analytical coordinator to join our central ESG team, based in the UK. In this role, you will support the team in data collection, monitoring and reporting on our performance, and supporting the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across our business globally. You will also provide essential administrative support to help the team in delivery of our ESG strategy, and interactions with our customers.
Typical Responsibilities
- Support Environment, Social, and Governance reporting by collating, analysing and coordinating data collection across internal and external stakeholders
- Management of our environmental reporting system Sweep
- Coordinate internal and external sustainability messaging such as internal newsletters and external communications working with our communications teams
- Track and manage Sustainability team enquires ,ensuring timely responses to external queries and support with customer data requests.
- Assist with internal and external sustainability reporting, including our Annual Report, CDP and EcoVadis disclosures.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including raising purchase orders (POs), organising meetings and events, and monitoring action logs and projects.
- Support delivery of our business-wide ESG awareness campaigns on ESG topics and our Annual Sustainability week.
- Support internal ESG projects
Skills and Experience- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or related field
- Knowledge of carbon footprint measurement and reporting
- Understanding of ESG standards and frameworks
- Excellent data analysis skills, comfortable with large data sets and using Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with reporting standards and platforms (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis, TCFD).
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong organisational skills, including prioritising workloads, meeting deadlines, and managing a varied workload in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry - desirable
