• Developing holistic sustainability strategies
• Leading environmental and wellbeing assessments (e.g., BREEAM, WELL, HQM) from early design to post-construction
• Performing modelling and assessments such as embodied carbon calculations, circular economy consultancy, building performance simulation, energy estimates, and overheating analysis
• Supporting energy and sustainability strategies for clients to foster innovation
• Training junior team members in project delivery and planning
• Engaging in research, development, and industry guidance activities
