Qualifications

Sustainability Consultant – IES experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy who provide their specialist technical advice across all sectors of the built environment. They are looking for a Sustainability consultant who is proficient is IES software to work on a range of commercial and non-domestic projects.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
  • Use IES software to produce TM59 compliance reports
  • Help clients achieve Net Zero and ESG objectives
  • Help clients understand UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part O

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 4 NDEA accreditation with relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy role
  • Proficiency with IES software, with a history in carrying out overheating assessments to TM52 and TM59 being beneficial
  • Good understanding of UK government policy and building regulations in relation to sustainability.
  • Experience with LCA and whole life carbon consultancy would be advantageous
