Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy providing specialist technical advice across all sectors of the built environment. They are seeking a Sustainability Consultant proficient in IES software to work on various commercial and non-domestic projects.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out SBEM Part L compliance calculations and reports
  • Using IES software to produce TM59 compliance reports
  • Helping clients achieve Net Zero and ESG objectives
  • Assisting clients in understanding UK Building regulations such as Part L and Part O

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 4 NDEA accreditation with relevant experience in a sustainability consultancy role
  • Proficiency with IES software, including overheating assessments to TM52 and TM59 (beneficial)
  • A good understanding of UK government policies and building regulations related to sustainability
  • Experience with LCA and whole life carbon consultancy (advantageous)
