Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sustainability Consultant specializing in carbon reduction strategies to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on sustainable practices and helping them achieve their carbon reduction goals. We believe in a holistic Sustainability approach using a range of skills, assessments and strategies to work toward NetZero.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Whole Life Carbon Assessments (WLCA) to evaluate environmental impacts.
- Utilize IES software for building performance analysis and energy modeling.
- Act as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) to produce energy performance certificates.
- Provide guidance and expertise on SAP assessments for residential buildings.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and carbon reduction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting, specifically in carbon reduction strategies.
- Proficiency in LCA, WLCA, IES and SAP.
- Level 3 or 4 NDEA.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred.
