Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing, presenting, and delivering building performance appraisals focusing on energy, carbon, and comfort for both existing and new-build properties.
- Developing digital models and bespoke assessment tools to support sustainability initiatives.
- Assisting in the production of technical briefing notes and reports.
- Providing strategic advice on energy, carbon emissions, and comfort profiles of buildings.
- Supporting project stakeholders with broader sustainability issues.

Skills and Experience Required
- Management/Leadership experience
- Ability to produce clear and concise verbal and written reports.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Part L & Part O, planning policy, and BREEAM and experience using IESVE software.
