Sustainability Consultant

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

A London-based multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to hire an energetic and driven Energy Consultant that is eager to contribute to a significant shift in a sector that is due for reform. This firm offers services across a variety of sectors, including workplace, residential, mixed-use developments, education, and sport and leisure.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Undertaking dynamic thermal modelling and other calculations
2. Create Energy Strategy and Thermal Comfort assessments
3. Heating and cooling load calculations
4. SAP calculations
5. Sustainability reports and calculations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience of working as a Sustainability Consultant in a UK-based consultancy
• Experience with IES and SAP software is a necessity
• Knowledge of NABERS, Operational Energy, and BREEAM
• Passion for sustainability issues
• Eager to learn new software and develop additional skills
