Job summary

Hilton Foods UK is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Officer to drive energy, water and waste improvements across our Grimsby seafood sites. You will ensure ISO 14001/50001 compliance, manage data reporting and lead cross‑functional projects with operations, HSE and technical teams.

You will promote a culture of sustainability, lead regulatory liaison and audits, and deliver measurable environmental results aligned with group targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental, sustainability or compliance roles.
• Knowledge of UK environmental legislation (waste, water discharge, permits).
• Degree in environmental science or similar; NEBOSH/ IEMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EMS to ISO 14001 and support ISO 50001 requirements.
• Maintain permits, waste and water compliance, data reporting.
• Lead audits, management reviews and corrective actions.
