Job description

We are looking for a Sustainability Compliance Lead to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hugh’s, Lincoln, on a permanent basis. We are open to hybrid working options, with the right candidate working 3 days from home and 2 days on site.

You will coordinate and deliver ESG and Sustainability compliance reporting and support the delivery of Frontier Agriculture's sustainability strategy, The Responsible Choice.

About You
  • Expert knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience as a sustainability advisor
  • Knowledge of the industry sector (desirable)
  • Strong relationship-building skills across the business
  • Ability to balance strategic and detailed work
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Technical proficiency in interpreting ESG legislative changes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to a growing, diverse business environment
  • Self-motivated with initiative, able to work independently and in teams
Your Role
  • Supervise ESG and sustainability reporting to meet compliance requirements
  • Coordinate data collection for ESG reporting
  • Maintain insights into ESG risks and opportunities, feeding into risk reporting
  • Handle scope 3 emissions calculations and reporting
  • Provide technical support for sustainability activities
  • Support the delivery of the ESG strategy, The Responsible Choice
  • Manage ESG legal compliance and reporting needs
  • Advise on ESG compliance landscape, especially related to Agriculture and supply chain
  • Manage relationships with third-party sustainability consultants
