Job Title: Sustainability Compliance Lead

We are seeking a Sustainability Compliance Lead to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs, Lincoln, on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the right candidate working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. Occasional travel to other Frontier sites and event venues across the UK will be required.

The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver ESG and Sustainability compliance reporting and disclosure requirements relevant to our business. They will also support the implementation of Frontier Agriculture's sustainability strategy, The Responsible Choice, across the organization.

Candidate Profile
  • Extensive knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience as a sustainability advisor is essential
  • Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Capability to balance strategic and detailed work
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in interpreting ESG legislative changes
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data collection databases
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability to a growing, diverse business environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee production of ESG and sustainability reports to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Coordinate data collection for ESG reporting
  • Monitor ESG risks and opportunities, feeding insights into risk management
  • Manage scope 3 emissions calculations and reporting
  • Provide technical support for sustainability initiatives
  • Contribute to the delivery of Frontier’s ESG strategy, The Responsible Choice
  • Maintain the ESG legal Register to ensure compliance and reporting needs are met
  • Advise on ESG and sustainability landscape, especially related to agriculture and supply chains
  • Manage relationships with third-party sustainability consultants and advisors
