Babcock is seeking a Sustainability Assistant to support its group sustainability team across the UK with hybrid working options, including Bristol, Devonport, Leicester, London, Portsmouth, Rosyth or Warrington.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and suitable for early-career professionals or graduates who want to build a career in a purpose-driven organisation focused on sustainability and national security.

As a Sustainability Assistant, you will support the delivery of Babcock's sustainability strategy, helping the business monitor, report on and improve its environmental and social performance. Working within the Group Sustainability team and reporting directly to the Group Head of Sustainability Engagement, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of sustainability initiatives while developing valuable skills across engagement, reporting, environmental and social impact programmes.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
