Sustainability and Reputation Compliance is a team within CWR Compliance responsible for designing and operating the Compliance oversight model for Sustainability and Reputation Risk. This includes supporting the bank in its development of policies aligned to its Transition Plan and overseeing adherence to our stated ambitions. As a Sustainability and Reputation Risk Compliance VP, you will have experience in the sustainability transition with an understanding of the key actions required to support the aims of the Paris Climate Accord and other key international commitments, the regulatory landscape as it applies to sustainability, and how actions can give rise to reputation risk amongst key external stakeholders. You will use this experience to support the design of the internal control environment, challenge bank strategy on its efficacy and achievability, and train Business Oversight Compliance colleagues so they can challenge the business on specific activities in their day-to-day roles.
