Position: Sustainability and Responsible Business Reporting Analyst

Katie Bard is seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Responsible Business Reporting Analyst to join their client's growing team at a leading professional services firm with a global presence and a strong commitment to ESG principles.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience in sustainability reporting or related fields, preferably from professional services or a legal background, to make a significant impact in embedding sustainability across operations and client services. The role involves supporting the firm's comprehensive reporting framework, working with internationally recognized standards including ISO 14001, ISO 14064, EcoVadis, SECR, ESOS, GRI, ISSB, and UNGC.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting reporting in line with frameworks such as ISO 14001, ISO 14064, EcoVadis, SECR, ESOS, GRI, ISSB, and UNGC
• Collecting and analyzing carbon data, tracking emissions, and contributing to net-zero planning
• Assisting with external benchmarking and regulatory submissions
• Contributing to the annual Responsible Business Report
• Supporting supplier onboarding and sustainability assessments
• Identifying risks and opportunities to improve sustainability in the supply chain
• Helping deliver net-zero initiatives and engaging suppliers on environmental and ethical standards
• Contributing to firmwide sustainability projects aligned with the 2030 vision
• Tracking progress against objectives and supporting continuous improvement
• Responding to client sustainability requests requiring technical input
• Preparing internal and external reports and presentations
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of sustainability events and campaigns
• Developing training and communication materials to raise awareness
• Supporting initiatives to engage employees in sustainability goals

Applicants MUST have experience in a similar role, ideally 2 years within a professional services environment such as legal, finance, or similar.
