Trowers & Hamlins LLP in Birmingham is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to support the development and delivery of the firm’s sustainability strategy. You will drive environmental performance and carbon reduction initiatives across the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers.

The role focuses on data collection and reporting, project delivery and preparing environmental disclosures. A proactive, analytical approach and strong Excel skills are essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience within a sustainability, environmental or ESG-focused role.
• An understanding of carbon accounting, greenhouse gas reporting and net zero principles.
• Experience managing projects and delivering initiatives within agreed timescales.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• A relevant sustainability, environmental or related qualification would be advantageous.

Are you passionate about driving meaningful environmental change and helping organisations achieve their sustainability ambitions? We are looking for a Sustainability Advisor to join a forward-thinking team, supporting the delivery of environmental and net zero initiatives across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sustainability professional to play a key role in shaping strategy, influencing stakeholders and embedding sustainable practices throughout the organisation.

The Role

As a Sustainability Advisor, you will support the development and delivery of the organisation's sustainability strategy, helping to drive continuous improvement across environmental performance and carbon reduction initiatives.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic sustainability professional with strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
