Job summary

Mai Sushi in Chester is recruiting a full-time Chef Manager (35 hours) to lead our team at Foregate Street, Chester, CH1 1HP. You will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and brand standards while delivering high-quality sushi products.
