Yo! Sushi UK Ltd is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and help keep service smooth in a fast-paced, creative environment. Your energy, teamwork, and presence will drive consistency, structure and a positive vibe across the kitchen.

You will work closely with the Head Chef on day-to-day operations, develop the team on shift, uphold food quality and safety standards, and contribute to the brand's renowned service across its UK restaurants.
