Job Description

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, energetic, and demonstrates initiative.
  • Is flexible with a can-do attitude.

  • Is excited to produce high-quality, sustainable food products.

And has:

  • A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, able to follow brand standards and company policies.
  • Reliable transportation for early morning shifts.

And is able to:

  • Be highly organized with a focus on planning.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products.
  • Accurately label products to ensure food safety and allergen compliance.
  • Multitask effectively.
  • Be an early riser, as shifts can start at 6am.
  • Learn new skills or improve existing ones.

Qualifications

Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens, and COSHH are desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
