Sushi Chef-Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay-Mayfair

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sushi Chef to join our team at Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay.

Located in Mayfair’s Grosvenor Square, Lucky Cat is an Asian Eating House and late night lounge inspired by Tokyo’s 1930s Kissas and Shanghai’s drinking dens.

Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Each dish is designed to be shared socially at the centre of the table.

The successful candidate will ideally:
• Have experience working as Sushi Chef in a high quality sushi bar/restaurant to a 2 Rosette or Michelin Standards
• Have experience of Sushi and sashmi
• Be confident with experience of working in front of customers
• Have excellent knife skills
