Role: Sushi chef (Japanese Restaurant)
Salary: £26-28K per year
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Employment Status: Full-time

Main Duties:

The supporting team is a mix of professionally trained and in-house trained staff who are capable but will need certain training. We do not have a pastry chef but are looking for someone with an aptitude and passion who can also operate the grill. All the other prerequisites of a sous chef position remain, such as ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, record keeping, cost management, staff training, outside catering, and promotional and marketing events and shows/media.

We are nationally recognized as one of the top 10 Japanese restaurants in the UK by the Sunday Times and regularly feature in the national press and media.
