Qualifications

• Experience as Sushi Chef de Partie or more senior sushi-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine.
• Experience working in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sushi dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor the quality and freshness of seafood and other ingredients.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation guidelines accurately.
• Support the creation and execution of innovative menu offerings that reflect the SUSHISAMBA brand.
• Assist in maintaining efficient kitchen operations and service delivery.
