As Stock Condition Surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping Croydon's housing investment strategy. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will collect and maintain accurate stock condition data to inform long‑term investment decisions and annual work programmes. You will carry out detailed property surveys, produce reports, and contribute to the development of the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and supporting environmental objectives.
