Our London head office plays a key role in delivering surveying services nationwide. As a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor in the Property Restructuring Team, you can expect to be involved in:

• Valuation – Assisting in valuations of all property asset classes including industrial, offices, retail, and residential for the insolvency sector nationwide.
• Agency – Assisting the LSH Auction Team in disposing of various property types nationwide.
• Property Management – Assisting in rent collection, day-to-day management of commercial and residential properties, and possession proceedings.

Opportunity to work towards obtaining NARA qualifications to become a Law of Property Act Receiver.

This opportunity: Lambert Smith Hampton is recruiting a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to work with the London head of the Property Restructuring Team. We are an award-winning market leader providing property valuation and asset disposal advice to restructuring & insolvency professionals, financial institutions, and private clients. We seek a confident individual to join our team, enhancing and promoting our services in London and South East regions to the restructuring and insolvency sectors. This varied role includes property valuation, agency work, and managing LPA Receivership appointments for financial institutions. The candidate should have the ability to help grow the London and South East team through recruitment and team development. You will play a key role in developing new clients and workflows, working closely with the Machinery & Business Assets team. You will join a team of experienced property restructuring specialists managing complex remits and negotiations. The role requires proactive work management, collaboration, and communication with the Director of the London Property Restructuring Team. You will identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and work with diverse clients, including property developers, insolvency practitioners, large corporates, and lenders, providing varied and exciting experiences.

• A Surveyor / Senior Surveyor with 1 to 3 years of experience in the commercial property sector.
