About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a talented Data Centres Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our growing Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team in London. About The Opportunity

Working alongside industry-leading professionals, you'll support the valuation and advisory of data centre assets across EMEA and beyond. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of assignments, including:

• Operational data centres
• Leased facilities
• Development sites
• Portfolio and fund valuations
• Transaction underwriting
• Vendor and commercial due diligence
• Secured lending and financial reporting assignments

You’ll work closely with data centre operators, institutional investors, banks, and private equity firms, helping clients make informed investment and financing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the valuation of data centre assets across EMEA.

• Assist in preparing valuation reports and client deliverables.
• Develop expertise in valuation methodologies, including Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.

About You

We're interested in candidates who combine strong analytical thinking with a genuine interest in the data centre and real estate sectors.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Strong numerical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience creating or amending DCF models.
• Background in property valuation, finance, real estate, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Argus Enterprise.
• MRICS qualification or progress towards professional accreditation.
• Experience within real estate valuation, investment, infrastructure, or data centre sectors.
