About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor to join a respected and forward-thinking real estate advisory team in London.

This role sits within a specialist group that works across a variety of sectors, including corporate real estate, data centres, life sciences, and infrastructure-linked projects. The team delivers valuation advice for loan security, accounts, and strategic purposes, often working with institutional investors, banks, developers, and corporate occupiers.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team offering access to complex and large-scale assignments across the UK and internationally, with genuine routes for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver valuations in line with Red Book standards for a diverse range of property assets.
• Engage directly with clients, providing strategic and well-supported valuation advice.
• Contribute to valuations for loan security, financial reporting, internal strategy and compulsory purchase matters.
• Assist with portfolio valuations across UK and European markets.
• Analyse complex property and market data to ensure robust valuations.
• Support senior leaders with business development initiatives and client pitches.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism, and quality assurance.

About You

• MRICS qualified (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial property valuation
• Strong analytical and report writing abilities
• Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
