Job description

An exciting opportunity for a recently qualified or early-career Property Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across London and the Southeast.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of commercial property management experience and be professionally qualified (MRICS preferred)—either recently or within the last 2–3 years. This is a client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of your portfolio while supporting wider team projects and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed-use commercial portfolio, handling all day-to-day operational and tenant matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and occupiers.
  • Act as a main point of contact for client queries, ensuring service excellence at all times.
  • Monitor tenant arrears and coordinate with finance teams to support rent collection.
  • Prepare and manage data for quarterly reporting and valuation checks.
  • Oversee compliance across void properties including certificates, inspections, and utility monitoring.
  • Liaise with business rates consultants, insurers, utilities advisors, and legal teams.
  • Track tenant recharges, insurance updates, claims, and risk improvement actions.
  • Coordinate initiatives and portfolio-wide projects alongside the team leader.
  • Input and maintain data across internal reporting systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • MRICS qualified (ideally within the last 2–3 years).
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confident in Excel and general data handling/reporting.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
