We are seeking to expand our Business Rates team following seven back-to-back years of growth. We have an outstanding opportunity for a surveyor ranging in experience level from newly-qualified through to Associate Director level.

You will have the opportunity to join a team of industry-leading experts and have responsibility of an exciting and varied portfolio of properties.

In addition to having the opportunity to learn from surveyors with substantial experience, you will also have the opportunity to pass your knowledge on to other members of the team.

The role can be based in our Bristol city centre office, be remote or hybrid.

Requirements:

• RICS qualified or sufficiently experienced in Business Rates valuations/appeals.
• A desire to develop your knowledge and share your experience.
• A strong track-record of negotiating.
• Be comfortable building relationships with clients, other team members, other surveyors and the Valuation Office Agency.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Excellent bonus structure.
• 25 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 27 days on completion of 2 years’ service.
