Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a motivated Surveyor to join our valuation team focused on office space in the City of London. You will handle valuations across a varied portfolio for banks, investors and developers, while developing expertise in investment valuations and development appraisals.

This role offers exposure to high-profile London office market work, strong mentorship from senior valuers, and opportunities to build client relationships within a leading global real estate advisory

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or working towards MRICS is required or preferred.
• Experience in commercial property, ideally with office valuation exposure.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities for investment valuations.
• Ability to interpret data and produce clear valuation reports.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking valuations of office buildings and office space across the City of London
• Assisting with valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, disposals and strategic purposes
• Preparing investment valuations, cash flows and development appraisals
• Researching and analysing office rental, investment and transactional evidence
• Developing a strong understanding of the City office market, including rents, yields, transactions and market trends
• Supporting senior team members on larger and more complex valuation instructions
• Preparing valuation reports and supporting documentation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting pitches and wider business development activity
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Valuation & Advisory and the wider Cushman & Wakefield business

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Surveyor to join our established team, specialising in the valuation of office space across the City of London. You'll work across a varied portfolio of office assets, providing valuation and advisory services to a diverse range of clients including banks, institutional investors, property companies, developers and private investors. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop their valuation career within a leading global real estate advisory business, gaining strong exposure to the London office market and working alongside experienced professionals in the sector.

• Undertaking valuations of office buildings and office space across the City of London
• Assisting with valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions, disposals and strategic purposes
