Industrial Roof Surveyor – Scotland

We are seeking an experiencedIndustrial Roof Surveyorto join our growing team in Scotland. This is acustomer-facing positionsuited to a professional with strong technical knowledge of industrial roofing systems and a desire to work within a progressive and supportive company.

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out detailed roof surveys and inspections
• Creating and reviewing practical weathering and roof detailing solutions
• Producing sketch drawings and survey documentation using an iPad and computer
• Delivering clear and concise technical handovers to construction teams
• Communicating professionally with clients and providing commercially sound recommendations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in industrial roofing and detailing
• Strong commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills
• Confidence using digital tools, including iPads and computers
• An organised and proactive approach to managing workload
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
• The ability to represent the company in a professional, client-facing capacity

Essential Qualifications and Certifications:

• Current IPAF licence
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid CSCS card
• Additional relevant certifications (e.g. SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, First Aid) are desirable
• Experience with AutoCAD or other sketching software is preferred but not essential
