About the Role

We're hiring a Survey Programming & Fieldwork Manager to join our growing Custom Insights Team. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing the operational backbone of our custom survey projects.

Your day-to-day will involve two core areas:

  1. Survey Programming - Translating questionnaires into fully functioning surveys using online survey software, including logic setup, redirects, and quota management.
  2. Fieldwork Coordination - Managing survey distribution via third-party panel providers, setting sampling criteria, launching fieldwork, monitoring performance, and ensuring data quality.

You'll collaborate closely with research analysts and project managers to ensure every survey is launched quickly, runs smoothly, and delivers high-quality, investment-grade insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build and program surveys using online survey platforms and internal tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar).
  • Translate investor-focused questionnaires into technically sound surveys with appropriate logic, piping, branching, and quotas.
  • Coordinate with external panel providers to set up targeting, quotas, and sample delivery.
  • Manage redirects, incentive flows, and termination points across survey platforms and vendor systems.
  • Conduct QA checks and soft launches to ensure surveys are error-free before full deployment.
  • Monitor live fieldwork performance, identifying and resolving issues like drop-off rates or poor data quality in real time.
  • Export, format, and clean survey data for internal analysis and client delivery.
  • Document best practices, processes, and templates to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in survey operations, fieldwork/project management, or survey programming.
  • Hands-on experience with survey platforms (e.g., Alchemer, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of survey logic, branching, piping, redirects, quotas, and fielding mechanics.
  • Familiarity working with third-party panel vendors or online sample providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail-able to spot logic errors, inconsistencies, and data issues quickly.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple surveys and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation - Attractive base salary with a performance-based annual bonus.
  • Professional Development - Access to training and certifications related to research ops, survey platforms, and fieldwork tools.
  • Health & Wellness - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Hybrid Flexibility - A modern working model that balances in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
  • Clear Career Pathways - Structured KPIs, regular feedback, and growth opportunities within research operations.
  • Recognition & Rewards - Bonuses and incentives tied to performance, precision, and project execution.
