Job Description:

Field work and travel are expected to be a part of this position. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees are expected to perform the following activities:

1. Perform line clearing, stake driving, setting monuments
2. Ability to lift and/or move objects and equipment weighing up to 60-70 pounds

Key Responsibilities

1. Ability to oversee a two-person field crew
2. Ability to perform boundary, topographic and bathymetric surveys and construction staking/layout

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from accredited college or university preferred
2. Minimum of three years of field experience required
3. Proficiency in the operation of Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS data collection required
4. AutoCAD experience preferred
5. Experience in performing land record research
6. Valid driver’s license

Personal Attributes and Traits

Excellent oral and written skills to communicate with crew members, project managers, and clients.
