Carnell Support Services is seeking a Survey Operative to support drainage asset surveys across the UK highway network. The role involves travel, day/night shifts, and working away as required, with full training provided.

You will learn to operate and maintain specialist survey equipment, follow safety standards and build strong relationships with colleagues and the public, in a supportive team environment with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• CSCS Operative Card required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Commitment to health and safety expected.

We're looking for a Water Management Operative who enjoys working as part of a supportive team, learning new skills and contributing to projects that make a difference. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Travel, working away and day/night shifts form part of this varied, hands‑on role.
