Are you an experienced Surveyor within the Land, Measured Building or Utility sector and looking to take your next step into management? Are you seeking a long-term role within an industry-leading business that supports progression both technically and professionally?

They offer a variety of services within Land, Utility, and Building surveying, serving a range of clients from small private jobs to major construction and infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company where you will grow and lead a team of surveyors, where your time will be split between the office, home and occasionally on site. Your role will involve both team and project management ensuring your team have a clear idea of what thy are doing and the standard required. Additionally, there will be an element of business development in the role where you will be managing existing clients and bringing new clients through your list of potential contacts. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be involved in the tendering and working for new projects to ensure consistent growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Land, Measured Building or Utility Surveyor who has either previous management experience or is ready to take the next step into a management role. You will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and, ideally, possess a strong network of contacts in the surrounding area.
