Job Description Survey Installation Design Engineer United Kingdom (On-site)
Telent are looking for an experienced Survey Installation Design Engineer as part of the Network Services division. This Survey IDE role will see you work on mission-critical infrastructure projects across the UK, working on major upgrades and installation programmes. This is a field-based role that will see you travel across the UK to various sites, and travel to a Telent office for meetings if and when needed - full UK driving license required.

The Survey IDE role is tasked to produce installation design documentation for Network Services projects. The focus of the work will be to perform Surveys at customer sites, documenting their existing network cabinets, cabling, cable infrastructure and power availability to assess and record its suitability for any proposed network upgrades/installations. Using the information obtained during the Surveys, you’ll then be required to produce installation design deliverables to support the onsite installations teams.
