Job Role: Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will assist the team with daily routines, including personal care and feeding. Candidates should have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care in homes, hospitals, or patients' own homes, such as assisting with washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Experience with mobility aids and equipment is beneficial. You may also escort patients and participate in induction training for new staff. We supply staff to both NHS and private sectors, including roles like Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Band 5/6 HCA, Community Nurse, and Specialist Nurse roles in various departments.
