Job summary

USPI Aloe Surgical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with sterile processing experience to join our fast-paced ambulatory surgery center.

Under supervision, the technologist scrubs for procedures and ensures supplies, instruments, and equipment are ready. You will support quality improvement activities and work across multiple specialties to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a surgical technician program or 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and assist the team.
• Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Support quality improvement activities within the center.
