This role will manage key relationships across a geography, developing and building on relationships with our customers. You will engage with healthcare professionals daily, offering advice, guidance, and product knowledge.

Working to a business plan, the primary purpose is to improve the service provision and efficiency of the business. By understanding the Hospital Theatre environment, this role will support existing Smith+Nephew customers and help implement new business by ensuring the safe and effective clinical use of our products and managing associated stock and equipment, following company processes and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products.
  • Support customers with activities related to managing stock and equipment, including consignment inventory, loan kits, stock auditing, and ordering patterns.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system, including usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity, in collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Liaise with colleagues across S+N to maximize cross-business opportunities within key accounts.

Requirements

  • Medical sales experience, ideally in Orthopaedics.
  • Theatre sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience delivering training and guidance to healthcare professionals, ensuring an outstanding sales experience.
  • A proven track record of success in serving customers and patients.

Travel Requirements: >75%
