Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit 1. The role is 24 hours per week, day shift from 7a to 7p, with every other weekend coverage.

As a High Reliability Organization, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, delegate tasks, and participate in process improvements to maintain clinical quality and safety across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (Ohio or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform health status assessment and document findings.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - plan nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - implement care and evaluate outcomes with a team.
• Leadership - contribute to process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations - support daily unit operations and patient care activities.
