Job summary

OhioHealth in Mansfield Woodhouse is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (7p-7a), 36 hours per week, with every-other-weekend scheduling. The RN will provide direct care in Medical Unit 1, following Ohio Board of Nursing standards and evidence-based practice.

The role requires a current RN license (state of Ohio or multi-state Compact), BLS certification, and a BSN degree with at least five years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform initial, ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - support unit operations and safety initiatives.
